Hopeful Gardener - Terms & Conditions
Postage and Packing - Most of our items are kept in stock and we have a policy to deliver orders in four to five working days from the date when orderd. All courier deliveries should be signed for as "Unchecked". If you notice any damage we need to be notified within 24 hours in order to process any claim. Any requests for re-imbursement after this time cannot be entertained due to our courier’s claims policy.
International Shipping - Whilst we do not display carriage for international shipping, we would be more than happy to make special arrangements for shipping products overseas - additional costs need to be agreed and paid for before products will be released.
VAT - All our prices on the website include VAT at the standard 15%.
Refunds and Policies - Standard products may be returned for refund or exchange, as long as they are returned within 14 days. Please be aware that ordering prodcuts constitures a legally binding contract and is subject to UK law.
If you have found another item that you wish to exchange a product for, please return the original purchase to us, and we will gladly exchange the goods and resend them to yourself. (Delivery charge will be re-charged at the discretion of the management).
Cancellation - Any customer has the right to cancel a product. If that product has already been dispatched, it can be returned to us in it’s original and resaleable condition and a refund will be given according to the customers wishes (excluding any carriage and handling charges).
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost while in transit to us.
Privacy Policy - Our customers details are stored within our secure systems and are NOT passed on to any third parties. When signing up for our newsletters you are giving permission for Hopeful Gardener to send marketing materials and offers in the form of e-mail newsletters.
